**About the role** Basic Purpose: The Pastry CookThe ability to ensure superior production of all sweet items, pastries, cakes, ice creams, sorbets, breads, chocolates, etc. for all outlets as well as banquets and amenities.The ability to establish standard recipes and ensure the compliance with them.The ability to communicate regularly with the Pastry management team, and contribute to menu development and recipe creation for a variety of outlets. Experience with wedding cakes, banquets, or bread work is a plus.
