Advanced Personnel Resources is actively recruiting for an experienced Production Supervisor to support a high-performing manufacturing team in
Triad.
The Production Supervisor is responsible for coordinating and leading production employees to ensure safe, efficient operations and consistent delivery of
food-safe, high-quality products
that meet or exceed customer expectations and all regulatory requirements. This role also supports continuous improvement efforts focused on customer satisfaction and profitability while maintaining a strong safety culture.
Pay:
$65,000–$75,000 (salary)
Bonus:
10% Shift Hours:
Approximately 3:30 PM – 12:30 AM Weekend Work:
As needed when production runs Additional weekend compensation:
$25/hr (Saturday), $35/hr (Sunday)
Employment Type: direct hire
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate training to ensure employees fully understand job responsibilities and meet customer/regulatory requirements.
Ensure all operators are current on job training and all employees attend required safety training.
Maintain awareness of production schedules; align staffing and communicate quality/food safety expectations to the team.
Oversee accurate daily labor reporting and timekeeping, including timecard review/approval, manning review, and corrections as needed.
Ensure accurate, timely data collection for customer and regulatory requirements; use data to make corrections and address product deficiencies promptly.
Maintain accurate records of employee counseling and follow up on disciplinary issues.
Promote clear communication across the department and plant; lead with teamwork and support project teams.
Ensure a safe, clean work environment and reinforce safe work p ractices.
