Key Responsibilities Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients in a specialized stepdown unit, focusing on heart and vascular cases Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and implement appropriate interventions in line with best practices Collaborate closely with healthcare teams to develop and adjust individualized care plans Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment plans Qualifications Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure Minimum 2 years of experience in a stepdown or progressive care unit, preferably within cardiology or vascular specialties Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team Schedule & Duration 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM shifts Assignment length: 13 weeks No call responsibilities This contract assignment offers an excellent platform to apply your specialized skills in a dynamic heart and vascular care setting.
