What You'll Do
Reception & Guest Experience:
Greet visitors, manage visitor log, issue passes, validate parking, and assist with conference room setup.
Mail & Deliveries:
Sort, scan, and distribute mail; prepare outgoing shipments; coordinate courier services.
IT & Facilities Support:
Schedule vendor visits, troubleshoot A/V equipment, and assist with basic IT tasks.
Administrative Support:
Copying, scanning, filing, shredding, mailing, and preparing documents or reports.
Meeting Coordination:
Schedule meetings, order food, set up rooms, and ensure technology readiness.
Facilities Management:
Manage building access, office maintenance requests, vendor coordination, and supply ordering.
Special Projects:
Support office initiatives and other projects as needed.
What We're Looking For
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate degree or business certificate preferred).
1+ year of administrative experience in a professional office setting.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic IT troubleshooting.
Strong organizational skills and a customer-service mindset.
Professional appearance and approachable demeanor.
