Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM-4:30 PM (1-hour lunch)
Pay:
$21-$24/hr (DOE)

About the Role:
We are seeking a professional Office Assistant / Receptionist to join a dynamic team in a fast-paced corporate environment. This role is ideal for individuals with strong administrative support, customer service, and organizational skills who thrive in a collaborative setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage multi-line phone system, answer and direct calls, transfer to appropriate personnel
Greet and assist clients, visitors, vendors, and job applicants
Maintain a clean and professional reception area and conference rooms
Handle mail sorting, package signing, courier arrangements
Perform data entry, scanning, printing, and document preparation
Assist with calendar management, scheduling, and meeting coordination
Support cross-departmental projects and administrative tasks
Order office supplies, coordinate facility maintenance calls
Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and firm software
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Provide exceptional customer service and represent the organization professionally
Qualifications:
1+ year of professional office experience required
Strong computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines
High attention to detail and accuracy
Professional demeanor and welcoming presence
Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
