HR Assistant Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with recruitment activities, including scheduling interviews, communicating with candidates, and coordinating new hire onboarding.
  • Support the administration of employee records and maintain accurate HRIS data.
  • Help facilitate employee benefits enrollment and respond to general HR inquiries.
  • Prepare reports, organize documents, and handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Assist with HR projects, events, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Support compliance efforts by helping monitor policies and procedures consistent with employment laws and company standards.

Requirements Qualifications:

  • 1+ year of administrative or HR support experience preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable working with HR technology platforms.
  • Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information.
  • Bachelor's degree or relevant coursework in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.
