Base pay range $15.00/hr - $20.00/hr About the organization Our client, a leading non-profit human services organization in the greater New York area, is currently seeking an HR Onboarding Clerk for their NY location. The organization is dedicated to offering a wide range of programs and services aimed at improving the lives of children, adults, and families. The ideal candidate should be friendly, outgoing, compassionate, and bilingual in Spanish, as the role involves working closely with diverse populations. This is a temporary role with the potential to go permanent. This role will also operate on a hybrid schedule with 4 days in office, 1 day remote. Responsibilities Must upload all reports and documents within their internal systems. Follow up with legal service providers regarding timely submission of any documentation needed for the legal relief process. Must provide discharge and release functions as directed by the program team and case management team. Submit all record requests to the ORR. Sort & file paperwork for individuals that have been previously discharged. Utilize Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and other MS Office products for accurate recordkeeping. Requirements Bachelor's Degree preferred. Must be bilingual in Spanish. 6 months to 1+ year of HR onboarding experience. MS Office experience required.
