Senior ITSM Solutions Architect

Acting as a trusted advisor to executive leadership, the architect ensures ITSM platforms deliver maximum value, resilience, and innovation.

What you’ll do:

Define Enterprise ITSM Architecture: Establish and maintain the ITSM architecture roadmap aligned with business objectives and ITIL best practices.

Lead Platform Strategy: Drive design and optimization of ITSM platforms ensuring scalability, security, and performance.

Architect Integrations: Design seamless integrations between ITSM systems and enterprise applications (ERP, HR, security, cloud services).

Enable Digital Transformation: Introduce automation, AI-driven workflows, and predictive analytics to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.

Governance & Compliance: Develop and enforce standards for configuration, security, and data integrity across ITSM processes.

Executive Partnership: Advise CIO and senior leadership on ITSM strategy, technology investments, and architecture decisions.

Innovation Leadership: Identify emerging technologies and trends to future-proof ITSM capabilities.

Mentor & Influence: Provide technical leadership and guidance to administrators, developers, and cross-functional teams.

Performance Optimization: Monitor platform health, capacity planning, and ensure high availability for mission-critical services.

Drive Continuous Improvement: Champion process enhancements and best practices across global IT operations.

Qualifications:

BA/BS in computer science, information technology/CIS or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience required.

8+ years’ ITSM Design & Implementation.

Prefer ServiceNow CSA or ITIL Certifications.

Proven ability to work cross-functionally with stakeholders across IT, Finance, HR, Operations, and other business units to capture requirements, document processes, and translate them into automated workflows and integrated ITSM solutions.

Ability to thrive in a fast paced, evolving environment with shifting priorities.
