The Treble for AZ Campaign for AZ-01 is seeking a Finance Director. The Finance Director is a senior staff level position that will report to and work with the campaign manager and the candidate to build and execute a multi-million-dollar finance plan that engages stakeholders at the local, state, and national level. The Director will also be responsible for staffing and assisting with call time management and follow-up. This is a full-time, in-person position based in Scottsdale, Arizona.

Responsibilities
Manage the day-to-day operations of the finance team and execute a finance plan to meet ambitious fundraising goals Draft and regularly update a comprehensive finance plan that outlines total fundraising goals, income by tool and sets weekly, monthly, and quarterly projections Plan, execute, and maintain a high yielding events and call-time program Develop and strengthen relationships with donors, partners, and committees Regularly staff the candidate at fundraisers and other political events in the district Ensure regular and accurate maintenance of finance records, trackers, and databases Research and target prospective donors and steward existing donors Collaborate and communicate with senior staff on fundraising matters for cash-flow conversations Other duties as assigned by the Candidate or Campaign Manager, based on the needs of the campaign Qualifications
At least 2 cycles of campaign experience in a highly-competitive legislative or congressional campaign; in a senior finance role for at least one of those cycles Experience managing candidate call time and planning high-dollar fundraising events Proficiency in G-Suite, NGP, ActBlue, and familiarity with call time software (e.g. Numero) as well as federal campaign finance law Strong interpersonal skills, very well organized, and extremely detail oriented Professional demeanor and willingness to adapt to a changing environment Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work a campaign’s irregular hours, including some nights and weekends Access to cell phone, laptop, a valid driver’s license, and reliable transportation
