Rep. Steven Horsford (NV-04) is seeking an experienced fundraiser to join his team as National Finance Director for the 2026 election cycle.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute campaign finance plan for the 2026 cycle. Oversee finance team of consultants and interns. Direct fundraising responsibilities, including staffing candidate call time, managing events, and overseeing the finance plan and budget and National Travel. Manage programs for new donor research/outreach and existing donor engagement. Track donor data and other finance metrics; ensure accurate reporting. Coordinate scheduling and logistics for fundraising activities. Other tasks as needed. Qualifications
Minimum of 1-2 full cycles of campaign finance experience on a Congressional race or larger; experience managing candidate call time and planning high-dollar fundraising events. Working knowledge of campaign finance law and FEC reporting requirements. Proficiency with NGP, ActBlue, and Google Drive & Excel. Superior written and verbal communication skills. Ability to balance competing tasks in a fast-paced, demanding environment while maintaining exceptional organization and attention to detail. Experience directly managing/staffing a principal.
