Clinical Director (BCBA)
to lead clinical services and support our team at the Durham, NC clinic.
This role is ideal for a BCBA who enjoys leadership, team development, and partnering with families to support positive outcomes.
Responsibilities
Oversee and lead the clinical delivery of ABA services in a center-based setting
Execute key service quality, clinical excellence, and growth initiatives
Conduct comprehensive assessments and guide individualized treatment planning
Assist in managing daily clinic operations
Provide ongoing mentorship, supervision, and training to BCBAs and RBTs
Support clinical problem‑solving and program development
Build strong relationships with families and staff
Ensure documentation and compliance standards are upheld
Promote a positive, collaborative team culture
This is a
Monday–Friday, on‑site leadership role .
Requirements
Active
BCBA certification
— required
NC LBA license (or eligibility for licensure)
Minimum
4+ years of BCBA experience
Prior leadership or supervisory experience — required
Experience supporting children with autism using ABA
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated commitment to compassionate, ethical care
Benefits
Competitive base salary: $115,000–$130,000 per year
