Autism Center of Excellence (AutismCOE) is seeking a Clinical Director (BCBA) to lead and support our clinical team in Columbia, MD.
Our mission is to help children with autism build independence, confidence, and meaningful life skills — while supporting families every step of the way.
This is a full-time, Monday–Friday leadership role.
Key Responsibilities
Provide clinical leadership and oversight for BCBA and RBT teams Ensure quality, fidelity, and best-practice ABA service delivery Mentor and develop clinical staff through coaching and supervision Support ethical caseload management Partner with families and caregivers through collaborative planning Monitor treatment outcomes and ensure accurate documentation Maintain payer and regulatory compliance Contribute to strategic planning and program development Promote a positive, professional, mission-centered culture Requirements
Required Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential Eligible for Maryland Behavior Analyst licensure Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills Commitment to ethical, family-centered ABA practice Preferred 4+ years of BCBA experience Prior leadership, supervisory, or program oversight experience Experience mentoring and developing clinical teams Benefits
