We are currently seeking dedicated and empathetic caregivers to join our growing team in Santa Barbara County and West Ventura County.

As a caregiver, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients and you may also be offered shifts with clients outside of these demographics.

Shifts are available throughout Santa Barbara County and West Ventura County, with the greatest need in the Goleta, Santa Barbara and Carpinteria areas.

Caregiver Responsibilities

Assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, toileting, and grooming.

Providing companionship and emotional support.

Giving medication reminders and keeping an eye on health and safety.

Supporting clients in participating in community activities and social events.

Following personalized care plans as and documenting via detailed shift notes and task records.

Caregiver Qualifications

18yrs of age or older

6mos. previous experience in caregiving or a related field.

Experience with adults of all ages with cognitive and developmental support needs preferred

Ability to read, write and speak English fluently.

Compassionate, patient, and reliable.

Valid driver’s license and insured, reliable vehicle.
