Minimum Qualifications
Minimum of 6 months of experience at an agency or as private care
Reliable transportation and auto insurance
Ability to treat and care for seniors and their property with dignity and respect
Ability to communicate with clients in a friendly and congenial manner
Duties (may include, but are not limited to)
Alzheimer’s care / Parkinson’s care
Assistance with grooming, bathing, and incontinence care
Companionship and conversation
Light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation
Medication and appointment reminders
Taking clients on outings
Encouraging daily exercise
Shifts Available
Work to fill your schedule
Full Time, Part Time, Weekend, Overnight (experience necessary), and Overtime shifts available

Competitive pay range:
$20.00 - $23.00
Reliable, consistent scheduling

Up to 120 hours of holiday overtime available annually

Sick Time In accordance with California’s Healthy Workplaces, Healthy Families Act, all employees are eligible for paid sick leave. Employees accrue paid sick leave at a rate of 1 hour for every 30 hours worked, starting from their first day of employment. Unused sick leave carries over year‑to‑year, capped at a maximum of 80 hours (10 days).
Service Areas We service clients across Santa Barbara County. As an agency, our goal is to match you to a client that is within your ideal driving range. Santa Barbara County includes: Goleta, Hope Ranch, Santa Barbara, Montecito, Summerland, Carpinteria.
