Job Overview
As a key Solutions Architect to the Mercedes-Benz Financial Services IT team, you will design and drive the implementation of next generation IT solutions in alignment with overall IT and Business strategic direction. You will be working with a diverse team on the latest technologies to optimize our business applications and customer experience.
Responsibilities
Design and drive the implementation of next generation IT solutions in alignment with overall IT and Business strategic direction (40%)
Oversee and address customer issues/tickets by performing root cause analysis and eliminate repeat problems (40%)
Act as a consultant for new or existing technologies, processes or solutions that contributes toward the realization of domain strategies and manage medium to large projects within the team and across multiple application domains (20%)
Qualifications
5+ years of overall work experience, including 5+ years in Information Technology
Business (General) – 3+ years of experience
Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s Degree preferred
Preferred major: Information Technology, Computer/Information Science
