SERVICE COORDINATOR

COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE
• $16.00/hr
• 8:00am–6:00pm, Monday–Friday, with Saturday as needed
• W2 | Temp to Hire

ROLE IMPACT
The Coordinator supports the daily operations of the Furnish & Install (F&I) process by ensuring all orders are accurately processed, documented, and completed on time. This role serves as the primary liaison between retailers, installers, and customers—resolving issues, maintaining order accuracy, and supporting timely project completion. Success is defined by consistent customer satisfaction, strong communication, and operational efficiency.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Review and process all incoming F&I orders; communicate promptly with retailers regarding missing or insufficient information.
• Monitor open furnish & install orders to ensure lead-time compliance and timely completion.
• Respond to all incoming calls from retailers, customers, and installers; resolve inquiries with professionalism.
• Assist in dealer setup by collecting and verifying required documentation.
• Maintain accurate and organized records for all active and completed orders.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Exceptional telephone communication and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer skills including data entry, Microsoft Excel, and Word.
• 1+ year of customer service or call center experience preferred.
• Ability to handle customer complaints and resolve issues in accordance with company policies.

• Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Order entry and tracking systems
• Customer communication platforms (phone, email, CRM tools)
PREFERRED SKILLS
• Experience in retail home improvement or furnish & install operations.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order documentation.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
