Spanish Bilingual Administrative Assistant

Dallas, TX | Onsite Compensation & Schedule • Pay Rate:
$21/hour •
Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM • W2 Role Impact This role supports daily administrative operations by serving as a primary point of contact for callers and internal stakeholders. Success is defined by accurate information handling, reliable communication, and timely administrative support that keeps office workflows running smoothly. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Answer and route incoming phone calls; return calls and provide accurate information • Perform data entry and data collection with attention to detail • Provide administrative support during meetings, including dictation and note-taking • Maintain organized records and support general office tasks as needed MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS • HS Diploma or GED required • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English (verbal and written) • Strong verbal communication and customer service skills • Ability to perform accurate data entry and manage multiple tasks • Basic administrative experience in an office or clerical environment CORE TOOLS & SYSTEMS • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) • Multi-line phone systems • Data entry and record-keeping systems • Email and calendar management tools Preferred Skills • Experience supporting meetings or executive staff • Strong organizational and time-management skills • Professional phone etiquette in a high-volume environment Legal Notice By applying for this job, you agree to receive calls, AI-generated calls, text messages, or emails from CornerStone and its affiliates, and contracted partners.
