Our team is working with a growing international investment and financial research firm with a strong reputation for innovation and excellence. THE ROLE The firm is seeking an Executive Assistant – Human Resources & Marketing to provide critical administrative support to both HR and Marketing functions in its New York City office. This role is integral to ensuring smooth operations and supporting key initiatives across two essential departments.

Key responsibilities include:

Providing comprehensive administrative support to HR and Marketing teams

Coordinating and scheduling meetings, interviews, and internal events

Assisting with recruitment efforts, including candidate communication and interview logistics

Supporting marketing initiatives by managing calendars, preparing materials, and coordinating campaigns

Maintaining accurate records and documentation for HR and marketing projects

Handling confidential information with discretion and professionalism

Liaising with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure seamless operations

Preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed

THE CANDIDATE The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and detail‑oriented, with strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.

Previous experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role

Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize effectively

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with HR or marketing tools is a plus

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment

High level of professionalism and discretion when handling sensitive information
