Position Summary Provide maintenance and repairs on a wide variety of residential and commercial heating and air conditioning systems according to company standards, delivering a high‑quality customer experience. Provide feedback to the Service Manager regarding technical training needs, inventory, and retail pricing, and develop training programs for the service department as needed and directed.
Pay Scale Up to $46.00 per hour (based on experience)
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or its equivalent
Valid driver’s license
Willingness to invest in tools used in service of HVAC equipment
All required tools available
Understanding and communication of the benefits of preventative maintenance
Advanced customer service skills and ability to clearly explain problems to residential and commercial customers and coworkers
Desired Qualifications
Insurable driving record
Possession of necessary tools
