The Staffing Specialist plays a key role within DastN’s Relocation Operations department by connecting qualified candidates with open job positions offered by German employers and partner agencies. This role is responsible for analyzing job requirements, identifying suitable candidates, coordinating with hiring partners, and managing the full placement process — from candidate matching to final confirmation. Additionally, the Staffing Specialist ensures all staffing processes are accurately reflected within the company’s ERP and CRM systems, supporting DastN’s commitment to operational automation and efficiency. The Staffing Specialist serves as the operational core of DastN’s international recruitment workflow — transforming market opportunities into successful candidate placements. at the present time. Responsibilities

Job Analysis & Candidate Matching: Review and analyze job descriptions and required qualifications. Match pre-qualified candidates to suitable job opportunities and document results in ERP/CRM systems. Maintain continuous communication with the Recruitment Supervisor to track progress and matching quality. Employer & Partner Coordination: Liaise directly with partner companies to confirm job details and hiring timelines. Submit candidate profiles, schedule interviews, and coordinate logistics. Monitor interviews when required, collect employer feedback, and prepare structured reports on placement outcomes. Candidate Management: Guide candidates through interview preparation and professional orientation. Track candidate status across recruitment and relocation stages. Collect employer feedback post-interview to refine future matching accuracy. Ensure candidate data is updated and accurate in ERP/CRM systems. Partnership & Opportunity Development: Explore alternative opportunities through partner networks and external databases when direct placements are unavailable. Collaborate with agencies, academies, and institutions to expand opportunities. Contribute to building sustainable partnerships and strengthening the company’s presence in the European employment market. Operational Support & Quality Assurance: Verify completeness and accuracy of candidate documentation before submission. Ensure compliance with operational standards, data privacy, and quality policies. Manage multiple staffing requests efficiently while maintaining accuracy and timeliness. Provide recommendations for process improvements based on field experience. Must Have

2–4 years in marketing coordination, client communication, or project management. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field. 3–5 years of experience in staffing, recruitment, or international placement (preferably within Relocation or HR operations). Excellent command of English; German proficiency is a strong advantage. Solid understanding of European labor market dynamics and cross-border recruitment practices. Hands-on experience with ERP, CRM, or ATS systems. Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills. High accuracy, professionalism, and attention to detail in handling sensitive data.
