Overview
Capital One's Career Transition Support Center (CTSC) Team is seeking a Senior Associate to lead data and process excellence across reduction in force (RIF) events, outplacement services and severance processing and operations. They must have the ability to leverage problem solving and communication skills to create a seamless experience for associates exiting the organization, ensure compliance with legal obligations, and manage risk through accurate data management and well-managed process execution. Initial projects will involve establishing Business As Usual (BAU) data for the Lines of Businesses/Business Areas concerning Reduction in Force (RIF) and outplacement events. The associate will provide data inputs to our outplacement vendors and eHR partner groups and will monitor metrics to identify areas requiring process improvements within the team. Responsibilities
Data collection, analysis, reporting, and process improvements Project or process coordination and activity monitoring / auditing Partner with outplacement vendors to ensure data accuracy Other miscellaneous tasks such as deck writing, communications, and answering stakeholder questions regarding processes or systems Create monthly business reviews and regular client reporting Leverage HR data systems such as Workday, Salesforce and People Data Hub to support the CTSC Interact with partner groups, stakeholders, and HRBPs to keep all informed, well-managed, and consistent in their processes Basic Qualifications
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification At least 2 years of experience with Excel and developing data-based stories in PowerPoint or Slides At least 1 year of experience in Human Resources At least 1 year of experience in Project Management or at least 1 year of experience in Process Management Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree Professional Human Resources Certification or Project Management Professional Certification 2+ years of experience in Human Resources 2+ years of experience in Project or Process Management At this time, Capital One will not sponsor a new applicant for employment authorization for this position. The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon hours worked. This role is also eligible for performance-based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonuses and/or long-term incentives (LTI). McLean, VA: $86,300 - $98,400 for Sr. HR Associate Richmond, VA: $78,400 - $89,500 for Sr. HR Associate Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range for that location. The actual salary offered will be stated in the offer letter. Additional Information
