The Role Our role is your opportunity to shape the future of talent acquisition.
As a Sourcing Specialist, you'll be at the forefront of Talent Acquisition, responsible for identifying and engaging top-tier candidates to meet our organization's hiring needs. Using your expertise in sourcing strategies and candidate outreach techniques, you'll search various channels, including job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks, to identify potential candidates who align with our client’s company values and requirements.
Key Accountabilities What you’ll be doing:
Use Boolean searches, X-ray searches, and other advanced sourcing techniques to find top talent
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs
Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements, ideal candidate profiles, and sourcing priorities
Share market insights, candidate feedback, and sourcing strategy updates regularly.
Keep candidate records updated in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Ensure sourcing and candidate outreach activities comply with data protection and hiring regulations
Skills & Experience You’ll need to demonstrate:
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday) and candidate relationship tools
Excellent written and verbal communication for crafting personalized outreach messages
Capable of effectively promoting the employer brand and articulating the company’s value proposition
Able to analyze profiles, assess potential fit, and prioritize sourcing efforts strategically
