Night Auditor – Island Resort Fort Walton Beach
At Aimbridge Hospitality, your role as a Night Auditor keeps the hotel running smoothly during the overnight shift (11 PM – 7 AM). Your focus will be on handling late‑night guest interactions, balancing accounts, and ensuring property security.
Key Responsibilities
Greet guests and manage overnight check‑ins and reservations.
Execute the Night Audit: balance accounts, finalize transactions, and produce daily reports.
Perform regular security walkthroughs to maintain property safety.
Collaborate with other departments to support smooth overnight operations.
Utilize Windows, Excel, and Word to solve issues and maintain documentation.
Qualifications & Experience
High‑school diploma or equivalent (college coursework is a bonus).
At least 1 year of experience in a hotel or related hospitality role.
Previous supervisory experience is a plus.
Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
