Location: Lexus of Orlando & Lexus of Winter Park
Status: Full-Time
Lexus of Orlando and Lexus of Winter Park are high-volume, elite Lexus dealerships proudly serving the Central Florida community for over 25 years. Our commitment to world class service begins with exceptional people—and we’re looking for friendly, energetic, and professional Loaner Car Agents to join our growing Service Department teams.
Position Overview As a Loaner Car Agent, you will play a vital role in creating a smooth and welcoming guest experience. You’ll assist with loaner vehicle coordination, ensure accurate record-keeping, and help maintain an efficient and guest-focused service operation.
Key Responsibilities
Warmly greet guests as they arrive at the Loaner Car office
Assist with check-in/check-out procedures and loaner vehicle paperwork
Accurately enter and update guest data in the Loaner Car Database
Ensure vehicles are clean, presentable, and ready for guest use
Communicate clearly with service advisors, valet staff, and management
Perform active, on-your-feet tasks including walking, standing, and occasional running
Qualifications
Must be 18 years of age or older
Must possess a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Energetic and professional appearance with a guest-first mindset
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and data-entry proficiency
Previous experience in customer service or automotive roles is a plus
