Responsibilities:
Build strong rapport with guests to secure service appointments and instill confidence in the dealership Utilize CRM software to handle reservations and maintain effective follow-up Make outbound calls to schedule accessories or equipment installation for vehicle purchases Gain in-depth knowledge of products and services Provide a world-class experience to every guest Flexible availability for day, evening, and weekend shifts (closed Sundays)
