Position - Mac/PC Technician
Location: New York, NY 10004
Duration: Long Term contract
Pay rate: $25/hr on W-2
Shift: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday; afterhours stand-by
100% onsite role
Must have MAC skills and experience, MAC OS, Windows 10/11
Responsibilities
Install, diagnose, maintain and service computer-related products, including desktop and laptop computers, printers, standard software, and related peripherals. Provide journeyman desk-side support as directed by Help Desk, Service Desk, or scripted procedures; apply personal knowledge to resolve issues not addressed by the service desk. Troubleshoot and repair, including reloading and re-imaging of PCs/laptops. Occasional assistance with the server and/or network teams under direct instruction. Maintain a high level of professionalism in actions, demeanor and dress; ensure customer satisfaction throughout the service delivery transaction. Ensure client-specific Service Level Agreements are met and incident and request tickets are updated in the ticketing system. Qualifications
Experience with Windows 10/11 and Mac OS X 12.6 or later is required. Mac hardware and software skills essential. Ability to perform installs, moves, adds and changes as required. Strong communication and professionalism in service delivery.
