JR107705**Join our Team!**Join us as our **HR Generalist** at **Dedalus**, one of the World’s leading healthcare technology companies, in Ghent, **Belgium** to do the best work of your career and make a profound impact in providing better care for a healthier planet.**What you’ll achieve**As the **HR Generalist, Belgium**, you will support the business working closely with the HR Director for North & Central Europe (NCE) in the operational excellence of the HR function across Belgium and regions, making a profound impact throughout the healthcare sector.**You will:*** Support and monitor HR processes whilst identifying and executing continuous improvement* On-board, off-board, employee data changes, compensation & benefits* Recruit and interview candidates for the NCE region* Provide management with hiring recommendations* Work on Employer branding activities in close collaboration with our regional marketing team* Support the Head of HR in implementing HR strategies and solutions* Support the business answering questions from managers and employees relative to policies and procedures**Take the next step towards your dream career****At Dedalus** **Life flows through our software**.
