This opportunity is ideal for an attorney experienced in entertainment and media transactions who is eager to work on complex, high-value matters for a diverse client base while building a long-term practice.

Key Responsibilities

Handle mergers and acquisitions involving entertainment and media companies

Manage complex debt and equity financing transactions

Oversee licensing, sponsorship, and strategic content arrangements

Advise clients on transactional aspects of film, television, and digital media projects

Provide leadership, guidance, and mentoring to junior associates

Qualifications

Experience handling entertainment and media transactional matters

Demonstrated interest in developing a personal practice and professional reputation

Ability to integrate into and contribute within a collaborative team environment

Education

Outstanding academic credentials required

Certifications

Admission to practice law in California
