Duties
Draft, review, and revise transactional documents, including stock and asset purchase agreements.
Coordinate with colleagues, clients, and opposing counsel to ensure transaction deadlines are met.
Requirements
2-4 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions transactions.
Strong drafting and negotiation skills.
Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
Education
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Certifications
Admission to the state bar.
Skills
Proficiency in drafting and negotiating complex legal documents.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
