Labor & Employment Litigation Attorney
with
3 to 15 years of experience
to join its growing team. This fully remote role offers the flexibility to work from anywhere while supporting employer side clients across a wide range of industries. Candidates with substantial experience may also be considered for
Of Counsel
opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Represent employers in federal and state courts as well as administrative agencies
Manage all phases of employment litigation including pleadings, discovery, motion practice, depositions, mediation and trial preparation
Advise clients on wage and hour compliance, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination and other workplace matters
Draft legal memoranda, position statements, dispositive motions and settlement agreements
Maintain strong client relationships through effective communication, responsiveness and strategic guidance
Qualifications
J.D. from an accredited law school
Active California Bar membership in good standing
3 to 15 years of labor and employment litigation experience
Strong analytical writing and case management skills
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Base salary: $175,000 to $250,000+ (DOE)
Eligibility for Of Counsel placement depending on experience
Multiple bonus opportunities including performance merit based and origination bonuses
