The Human Resources Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. This role supports business objectives by leading talent management, employee relations, compliance, performance management, and organizational development while fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

Base pay range $90,000.00/yr - $120,000.00/yr
Key Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and administer HR policies, procedures, and programs in compliance with federal, state, and local laws
Lead recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies to attract and retain top talent
Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership on employee relations, performance management, and workforce planning
Manage employee relations issues, including investigations, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution
Oversee compensation, benefits, and payroll coordination in partnership with finance or external vendors
Drive performance management processes, including goal setting, reviews, and development plans
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
5+ years of progressive HR experience, including people management responsibility
Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
Proficiency with HRIS systems
