IT Support Technician
to join their growing IT team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong PC hardware/software skills who enjoys hands‑on technical work and supporting end users. Key Responsibilities
Load, build, image, and configure laptops and desktops
Install and support software applications
Troubleshoot PC hardware, peripherals, and basic IT issues
Prepare and clone systems for deployment to end users
Deliver excellent customer service and technical support
What We’re Looking For
Experience building and configuring computers
Strong troubleshooting skills (PCs and peripherals)
Solid communication and customer service abilities
Attention to detail and willingness to learn
