Conduct lead research and build prospect lists Launch outreach campaigns via LinkedIn, email, and phone Engage and nurture leads over time Support the team with presentations and proposals Perform market and sales analysis Use tools like Hubspot, Lusha, etc. Requirements
KNOWLEDGE Basic understanding of
copywriting Experience using a CRM, especially
Hubspot Strong communication in
English (B2 level minimum) Passion for startups and learning through practice Nice to Haves Self-starter mindset Curiosity and resilience Comfortable in fast-paced, flexible environments Benefits
Contract Working hours:
full time Contract term:
Permanent contract with a 6-month probation period We have set a
Performance Review System
that applies to 50% of the RAL as a bonus but there is no cap. It means that if a person over-performs 100% and/or the company does so, bonuses will be linked to the over-performance. UNLIMITED MENTORING, COACHING & THERAPY SESSIONS:
You will have the opportunity to follow a mentoring or a coaching path directly on our platform. Moreover, you will also have access to therapy sessions, thanks to our partner Serenis. WELFARE PLATFORM & MEAL VOUCHERS:
