Key Responsibilities
Take ownership of internal operations, supporting both Roofing and Cladding divisions, shaping efficient processes and collaborative teams.
Drive technology and reporting use to improve performance; introduce new ideas and lead ongoing improvements.
Lead in a fast‑paced environment, influencing company success and future growth.
Maintain a culture of urgency, accountability, and proactive problem‑solving.
Qualifications
At least 5 years of experience in construction operations, production management, or leading cross‑functional teams.
Proven ability to manage multiple internal departments and drive results in a structured, goal‑oriented setting.
Strong skills in organization, communication, and decision‑making.
Experience in commercial or multifamily roofing or cladding is a plus.
Familiarity with project management software; Buildertrend experience valued.
Demonstrated success in developing and implementing process improvements across teams.
Analytical mindset focused on accurate reporting and performance metrics.
