Position Overview
The ISD Manager / ERP Solutions Manager is a senior leadership role responsible for supervising and coordinating enterprise application and ERP operations. This position provides strategic and operational oversight for large, complex information systems and ensures consistent delivery of high-quality IS services aligned with organizational objectives.
The role reports to the Director of ISD Solutions and partners closely with business and IT stakeholders across multiple functional areas.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage teams supporting enterprise applications and ERP systems
Oversee multiple large-scale ERP and enterprise system implementations
Provide technical and managerial oversight to ensure efficient service delivery
Manage project planning, timelines, resources, and deliverables
Apply project management and change management best practices
Manage vendor relationships and support contract negotiations
Oversee operational and project budgets
Mentor, coach, and develop team members
Collaborate with stakeholders across HR, Finance, and Revenue Cycle
Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and standards
Required Experience & Qualifications
10+ years of progressive experience managing large, complex corporate information systems
Proven leadership experience managing enterprise teams and initiatives
Strong expertise in ERP systems and ERP implementations
Experience leading multiple concurrent projects
Budget management and financial oversight experience
Strong vendor management and communication skills
Excellent planning, organizational, presentation, and interpersonal skills
