Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or General Manager in a comparable, high-volume restaurant concept Proven success completing a structured restaurant management training program Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and retain high-performing teams Strong financial acumen with experience driving sales, controlling costs, and achieving profitability goals Excellent guest recovery, communication, and interpersonal skills Proficiency with POS systems and basic computer applications Ability to meet all federal, state, and local regulations related to food and beverage service Physical ability to meet the demands of a fast‑paced restaurant environment Must Haves

Hands‑on leadership style with regular presence on the floor during peak service Ability to balance guest experience, team morale, and operational execution simultaneously Strong instincts for pacing service, managing flow, and adjusting staffing in real time Consistent follow‑through on standards, cleanliness, and presentation throughout the restaurant Calm, confident decision‑making during high‑pressure service periods Preferred Background & Skills

Experience in waterfront, destination, or high‑traffic dining concepts Background working with chef‑driven or scratch kitchens Track record of mentoring managers and developing future leaders Strong organizational skills with attention to detail across FOH operations Passion for hospitality, team development, and continuous improvement Job Details
