Developmental Disabilities Program Manager
Join ND Health and Human Services as a Developmental Disabilities Program Manager in Bismarck, ND. This role provides program management and service coordination for all available developmental disability services for eligible individuals.
Responsibilities
Identify, assess, and collect data.
Complete case plan and Individual Service Plan processes.
Assist individuals in accessing available funding/support services.
Coordinate and monitor the provision of developmental disabilities funded services.
Maintain client records.
Work flexible daytime hours to meet the needs of individuals.
Qualifications
One year of experience as a DD Program Manager I in the ND Department of Health & Human Services OR qualify as a Qualified Developmental Disabilities Professional (QDDP) with at least one year of direct care experience working with persons with a mental illness or developmental disability and a bachelor's or master’s degree in specified fields.
Hold a valid driver’s license and be able to drive to carry out job duties.
Both paraprofessional and professional level experience working with special population groups in a direct service capacity are given credit.

Employment Details Location: Bismarck, ND – position is home‑based with travel within the 10 counties in the region. ND DHHS utilizes a blended workplace model. The typical hours are daytime weekdays with required flexibility.
