What You Will Do

Coach and train Inventory Associates – accuracy matters.

Follow a clear, consistent workflow – your playbook for success.

Lead & engage – serve as the primary point of contact for resolving event‑related concerns, supporting directives from the Area or District Manager, and driving operational excellence.

Team Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Minimum of two (2) years experience as an Inventory Associate or similar role.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong time‑management.

Excellent customer service and conflict‑resolution skills focused on providing solutions.

Ability to work flexible schedules with varying hours.

Ability to stand, walk and stay active during shifts.

Comfort learning and training handheld scanners or count tools.

Strong focus and attention to detail.

Reliable attendance and commitment to consistency.

Positive, team‑oriented attitude.

A valid driver’s license, proof of auto insurance, or meeting the WIS Fleet driver requirements may be required.

Working Conditions This position requires the ability to stand for prolonged periods, use both hands and wrists for repetitive motions, frequently be in low‑level positions such as squatting, kneeling or crouching, use a ladder, lift and carry items up to 25 lbs, and occasionally travel by car or plane, including overnight stays.
