What You Will Do
Coach and train Inventory Associates to maintain high accuracy.
Follow a clear, consistent workflow—your playbook for success.
Lead & engage: serve as primary contact for event‑related concerns and execute directives from the Area or District Manager, driving operational excellence and maximizing team productivity.

Team Requirements
At least 18 years of age.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum of two (2) years of experience as an Inventory Associate or similar role.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time‑management skills.
Strong customer service and conflict resolution skills.
Flexible scheduling—able to work varied hours to support the District Manager and customer commitments.
Physical ability to stand, walk, and remain active during shifts.
Comfort with learning and training handheld scanners or counting tools.
Attention to detail and strong work ethic.
Reliable attendance and commitment to consistency.
Positive, team‑oriented attitude.

Material Job Duties
Lead on‑site inventories in partnership with the Area Manager, using WIS standardized processes to achieve operational excellence.
Assist with planning and execution of district travel and equipment logistics.
Address immediate concerns at inventory events.
Deliver exemplary customer service—professional, timely communication, and a sense of urgency.
Educate Inventory Associates on event procedures and provide guidance.
Demonstrate safe behaviors at all times and ensure associate safety.
Act as a backup to the Area Manager during events.
Exhibit core values—Spirit, Pride, Integrity, Results, Innovation, and Teamwork—at all times; hold managers and associates accountable.
Maintain strong work ethic while fostering team‑oriented goals in a fast‑paced environment.
Act as expert on WIS core values, safety protocols, and policies.
Working Conditions This position requires the ability to stand for prolonged periods, frequent walking, use both hands and wrists for repetitive motions, squat, kneel, or crouch, use a ladder, lift and carry items up to 25 lbs, and travel by car or occasionally by plane, including overnight stays.
