$85,000 - $130,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets for manufacturing initiatives.
Coordinate cross‑functional teams including engineering, production, quality, and supply chain personnel.
Identify, track, and mitigate project risks and issues, ensuring timely resolution.
Oversee vendor and supplier performance to ensure material availability and quality.
Monitor project progress against key performance indicators and report status to stakeholders.
Ensure all projects adhere to quality standards, regulatory requirements, and safety protocols.
Drive continuous improvement efforts within project processes and manufacturing operations.
Recommended Qualifications
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent experience
Proven experience leading complex manufacturing projects from conception to completion
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chain management, and quality control
Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and project management software
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
Bonus Qualifications
Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification
Familiarity with common ERP (e.g., SAP) or MES systems
Experience with CAD/CAM software or Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) tools
Knowledge of manufacturing quality standards (e.g., ISO 9001, AS9100, IATF 16949)
