Job Description
Position: Behavior Therapist (Registered Behavior Technician) – full time (Mon – Fri 8am–5pm; occasional Saturday). Immediate openings. Location: 1150 North Broome St., Marvin, NC 28173.
Responsibilities
Work one‑on‑one with children aged 18 months to 8 years using play‑based ABA therapy.
Follow personalized treatment plans, collect simple data, and communicate with your team.
Help kids learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands‑on activities.
Stay active during sessions, moving constantly to stay engaged with children.
Maintain a clean, organized, safe therapy space.
Be part of a supportive, mission‑driven team that celebrates progress and growth.
Requirements
Minimum 18 years old.
High school diploma or GED.
Consistent attendance and punctuality.
Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire.
Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and move quickly with young children.
Commitment to ABC’s core value of teamwork; may occasionally support a nearby sister clinic.
