We are seeking an experienced Physical Therapist to join our Adult Outpatient Rehab Team in Jacksonville, FL. This is a full‑time opportunity at the Baptist Seven Pines outpatient rehab clinic.
Job Summary Parcel up to $2,000 sign‑on bonus. Work with an adult caseload, providing general musculoskeletal care. Minimum 1 year of recent experience in outpatient orthopedics is required.
Job Responsibilities
Evaluate, plan, direct, and administer physical therapy treatment to patients.
Provide patient care to help improve or restore function and prevent disability following injury or disease.
Oversee support staff.
Participate in departmental operations and performance improvement activities.
Remain within budget guidelines.
Participate in mandatory education and licensure requirements.
Education Required Bachelor's Degree.
Education Preferred Doctorate.
Experience
General outpatient rehab experience.
Experience with post‑operative orthopedic care.
Experience in orthopedics.
License and Certification
Basic Life Support (BLS) required.
Licensed Physical Therapist required.
Location Baptist Health Clinic, various locations; Jacksonville, FL
