Mitigation Restoration Technician
PANHANDLE CLEANING & RESTORATION, INC.
Respond daily to water mitigation clean-up job, sewage back-ups, flooding, fire board-ups, and demolition jobs.
Be trained on water extraction and operation of equipment.
Learn how to set up and operate drying equipment.
Report to the Project Supervisor at the start of each shift for job assignments and complete assigned tasks daily.
Preserve structural items and contents according to the Project Supervisor’s instructions.
Inform the Project Supervisor of the equipment and materials needed to complete the assignment properly and on schedule.
Direct laborers in the restoration protocols with communication skills and experience.
Maintain personnel documentation, hours, and work performed on a given shift.
Practice on-the-job safety and encourage safety among the labor force.
Participate in the on‑call schedule and rotation for after hours and weekend assignments.
