Preferred industry certifications (not required).
IICRC Certified Water Restoration Technician, IICRC Fire Restoration Technician, IICRC Certified Mold Remediation Technician, Council Certified Structural Drying Remediator/Supervisor (CSDR/CSDS). These are a plus. If not certified, we will train and certify.
Key Responsibilities
Respond daily to water mitigation clean‑up jobs, sewage back‑ups, flooding, fire board‑ups, and demolition jobs.
Receive training on water extraction and operation of equipment.
Learn how to set up and operate drying equipment.
Report to the Project Supervisor at the start of each shift for job assignments and complete assigned tasks daily.
Preserve structural items and contents according to the Project Supervisor’s instructions.
Inform the Project Supervisor of the equipment and materials needed to complete the assignment properly and on schedule.
Have communication skills and experience to direct laborers in the restoration protocols.
Record personnel documentation, hours, and work performed on a given shift.
Practice on‑the‑job safety and encourage safety among the labor force.
Be included in an on‑call schedule and rotation for after‑hours and weekend assignments.
