What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Manage high-volume transactions for new hire onboarding, including offer letters and compliance documentation.
Process administrative documents related to Human Resources activities using electronic signature software.
Communicate with candidates and hiring teams regarding onboarding requirements and status updates.
Utilize reporting tools to track candidate progress and provide metrics to leadership.
Act as an onboarding liaison between various departments and assist with internal and external audits.
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
2 years of experience in Human Resources, Scheduling, Staffing, or other high-volume activities.
Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
Experience with Applicant Tracking and Onboarding Systems, preferably iCIMS and UKG.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality and integrity.
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience with automated offer letter preparation and revision.
Ability to communicate effectively with individuals at all levels within the organization.
Self-motivated with the ability to work with minimal supervision and manage time-sensitive deadlines.
