Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of high-volume transactions for new hire onboarding, ensuring compliance with offer letters and background checks.

Process and review administrative documents related to Human Resources activities using electronic signature software.

Communicate with candidates and hiring teams regarding onboarding requirements and status updates.

Utilize reporting and dashboards to track candidate progress and metrics.

Provide feedback to department leadership to promote process improvements and ensure timely compliance with onboarding documents.

Qualifications

High school diploma/GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in Human Resources, Scheduling, Staffing, or other high-volume activities.

Proficiency in MS Office, including strong skills in Excel.

Experience with Applicant Tracking and Onboarding Systems, preferably iCIMS and UKG.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate a high degree of quality and accuracy in work.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with automated Offer Letter preparation and reviewing offer details.

Strong communication skills with the ability to maintain positive relationships at all organizational levels.

Self-motivated with the ability to work with minimal supervision.

Demonstrated ability to multi-task and meet time-sensitive deadlines.

Familiarity with compliance documentation and standards in HR processes.
