We are seeking a General Machinery / Manufacturing Mechanic to join our promotional products team. This role is perfect for someone with hands‑on experience in diagnosing and repairing industrial equipment, who enjoys problem‑solving and maintaining machinery. The General Machinery / Manufacturing Mechanic will play a key role in ensuring the functionality of our manufacturing processes, contributing to our commitment to quality and efficiency. Key Responsibilities
Diagnose and repair industrial and manufacturing equipment, including printers, conveyors, embroidery, and silk screen machines. Perform routine maintenance and inspections to prevent equipment failures. Troubleshoot mechanical issues effectively and implement timely solutions. Collaborate with team members to optimize machinery performance and enhance production capability. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols. Document maintenance activities and repairs accurately for future reference. Qualifications
Proven experience in diagnosing and repairing industrial/manufacturing equipment. Familiarity with printers, conveyors, embroidery, and silk screen machines. Strong mechanical aptitude and problem‑solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Fluent or conversational Spanish is a plus. Benefits
