Nesco Resource is looking to hire a Surface Mount Inspector in Rochester Hills, MI. This is a first-shift position. Shift time is 7:00 AM and 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday. The starting pay rate for this position is $18.00 per hour.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
To perform this job successfully, an individual must satisfactorily perform each essential duty. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform Inspection of single and double-sided circuit boards, Electronic assemblies, sub assemblies, parts and components for defects according to supervisor instructions Operate an AOI ( Automatic Inspection Machine). Responsible for the inspection of printed circuit board parts and assemblies applicable to IPC standards Keep track of board counts and fill out tags and paperwork as required Use magnification aids and microscopes to inspect populated printed circuit boards and identify component misplacement and solder defects to IPC criteria. Ability to recognize problems in the operation process or with components and to highlight/communicate those problems to machine operator for correction Other duties may be assigned by manufacturing manager as necessary.
