Role Purpose

The Human Resources Specialist & Data Analytics plays a dual role in promoting a fair, compliant, and engaged workplace while leveraging HR data to drive insight-based decision-making. This role is responsible for supporting policy adherence, and conducting investigations, while also managing HR metrics, analyzing trends, and preparing reports and visual presentations for leadership. Key Responsibilities

Manage employee data within the HRIS system, ensuring accuracy and compliance during employee life cycle events including new hires, terminations, job changes, and pay adjustments Collect, analyze, and interpret HR metrics (e.g., turnover trends, absenteeism, exit interview data) Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor key HR indicators such as employee engagement, compliance trends, absenteeism, and attrition Act as a subject matter expert and advisor to supervisors and employees on workplace conflict, performance concerns, disciplinary actions, and policy compliance Present findings through visual storytelling (charts, graphs, executive summaries) to help inform leadership decisions and track the effectiveness Partner with HR Team to ensure data accuracy Manage time and attendance for P&M employees Conduct fair and thorough investigations into employee complaints (harassment, discrimination, retaliation, etc.), and document findings in a professional, timely manner Collaborate with HR leadership and legal counsel to ensure compliance with applicable federal, state, and local employment laws Support and deliver training for leaders on topics like documentation, performance management, and employee conduct Maintain confidential records related to investigations, coaching, and disciplinary actions Support quarterly and annual reporting requirements, including compliance audits and diversity metrics Experiences/Education - Required

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Analytics, or a related field required 2-3 years of HR experience, including data analysis responsibilities Demonstrated ability to conduct workplace investigations and advise on employee relations matters Proficient in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, charts) and capable of using data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) or HRIS analytics modules Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting to senior leadership Discretion, professionalism, and the ability to handle confidential information appropriately This position does not support immigration sponsorship. The range for this position is $67,200.00 - $92,400.00 assuming full time status. Starting pay for the successful applicant is dependent on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education.
