Responsibilities
Own payroll, benefits, and time and attendance operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and consistency
Manage leave administration and Workers’ Compensation processes in alignment with legal requirements
Lead HR compliance tracking and support policy updates tied to labor law changes
Deliver clear, actionable HR, payroll, ESG, and workforce reporting
Partner with Finance on labor cost analysis, forecasting, and workforce insights
Drive absenteeism management and continuous improvement initiatives
Support workforce planning through data driven headcount, shift, and overtime analysis
Own HR systems administration and data integrity across HRIS and related platforms
Serve as HR systems subject matter expert and employee point of contact
Support the rollout and adoption of new HR technologies and tools
Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
3 to 5 years of progressive experience in HR, payroll, HRIS, or a related function
Strong preference for manufacturing, plant‑based, or multi‑shift environments
Deep hands‑on experience with payroll, benefits administration, and employment compliance
Proficient in HRIS and timekeeping systems
Seniority level Mid‑Senior level
